I have had adult onset asthma for 20 yrs and, yes, this drug has controlled my asthma symptoms so that I could live a 'normal' life. It works great for my asthma...I've been using it for about 3 years...but I recently stopped because I kept getting recurring thrush infections....Having a yeast infection that causes white patches in the mouth and on the tongue is not a fun thing, especially when you are a teacher and speaking is your job... Im not happy, I have a weight problem. Why would a dr. prescribe something to make u gain weight.My breathing problems seem to be worst then before I cough more @ nite and wheeze worst then before. It is hard to walk to the car on the hill from my home where we park it is only like 20 yards. The pains in my chest are worst too.If this drug has been recalled why are dr.s still givein it out?
