A few years ago, I'd started managing calorie intake via portion control. I don't shy away from any type of food, just eat less of it. I use weights and exercise a little bit, need to work on more cardio. My goal was to get rid of the last 5 or so pounds around the waist. Saw the Dr. Oz show on diet aids, CLA was one of them. Ordered from Allmax. I took three 1000mg softgels a day, o ... Show Full Comment

Works great - But, here's my take: I started taking this in the Summer of 2011 for weight loss after learning about it on an online forum for low-carb dieters. I was on it for about 4 months and lost about 26 pounds. I am not sure whether it was the CLA or the strict diet and exercise that worked. I've since gone through depression and gained back all the weight and more! BUT, last week ... Show Full Comment

I have been taking this medication for a month now, 3 times a day with food. Have not lost or gained weight. I do not know if it is because I only need to loose 15-25lbs but I have not gotten the results other people have. I even added exercise to my life for a week and no results I thought maybe I was getting muscle so I got lazy and stopped exercise still no wt loss! I will continue until my bot ... I have been taking Tonalin CLA for a little over a month and it works! I have lost 10 lbs just by taking it when I eat, usually 3x a day. I also started watching my calorie intake based on my weight, height and BMI.
