I tried other OTC and prescription cough suppresants without luck but this one worked immediately and it stopped the coughing for at least 10 hours. I only took it at night time and I slept like I have not slept in years, 8+ hours straight, everytime I took it.

Almost instant relief and very effective. I am hesitant to mention this, for I cannot scientifically support this conclusion, but I developed chronic hiccoughs after starting the medicine. The ended when I stopped taking it.
