This is great for me for the worse headaches! Eye, nasal and head pain really goes away faster than anything else I've used and you don't have to take it everyday like other migrane meds. Works within 30 mins - 1hr for the pain.

I take Flextra 650 with 15mg of Codeine. It really works better with Codeine, it helps my headache. Also, Flextra helps me with my sinus conditions and headache.
