Used this product for the four years in between wanting to have babies! Once we stopped using VCF I got pregnant, but while using it, it worked for us. If you follow the instructions for it, I would say it is highly effective. I have three children and between having babies, VCF is all I ever used. Hubby getting a vasectomy now though so we have even more spontaneity and because after three kids, ... Show Full Comment

Used this for three years and always faithfully follow the directions. My husband and I had sex once during the fertile period this month, used VCF and shockingly got pregnant. I would no longer recommend this product.

I USE VCF BECAUSE I CANNOT USE REGULAR HORMONE BIRTH CONTROL. CONDOMS ARE IRRITATING AND IT SEEMS TO WORK WELL. I'VE BEEN USING VCF FOR 3 YEARS AND HAVE NOT YET GOTTEN PREGNANT. HOPING IT WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FOR ME!

I hav used vcf for 8&1/2 years & have never got pregnant while using it. it has been very effective & easy to use & i would recommend it to anyone. But i just had a abnormal pap test & im just wondering if using vcf for so long has caused a iritation & its time to think about a permanent birth control.

This has been a great method for my partner and I. Condoms irritate my skin and these have been amazing. Your fingers need to be dry when inserting, or it will stick to them.
