Even though I had dry clean hands, the film still stuck to my finger. I went through 2 films then by the 3rd time it worked to stay up there because I had to double fold it. Not sure yet if I like them.

It's easy to put in, and possibly effective when you use it, but I wouldn't know because it practically shut down sexual functions for me. The day after, it still burns slightly. I'll be sticking with condoms from now on.

I've had numerous infections since starting to use it and wondered if the contracaptive film is irritating me. Doctors so far haven't had any pros or cons regarding its usage or possible side effects when I've asked, just have given me more and more antibiotics.

I have found the VCF to be an easy and effective birth control. Condoms have caused rawness and or pain and swelling. I've been using VCF's for 5 years running. I'm 32 years old.
