My current bf and I use the "pull out method" as well as the VCF because I am paranoid so I just like the extra layer of protection. Used this for three years and always faithfully follow the directions. My husband and I had sex once during the fertile period this month, used VCF and shockingly got pregnant. I would no longer recommend this product.

I USE VCF BECAUSE I CANNOT USE REGULAR HORMONE BIRTH CONTROL. CONDOMS ARE IRRITATING AND IT SEEMS TO WORK WELL. I'VE BEEN USING VCF FOR 3 YEARS AND HAVE NOT YET GOTTEN PREGNANT. HOPING IT WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FOR ME!
