I haave been on this medication since 1-10-2001 (norco 10/325) shattered calcanea (supporting bone in foot). It is easy to build up a tolerence but I stick to the Rx doseage and it helps to take the edge off. It helps to avoid taking for a day every once in a while. After all, if you keep taking higher doses or stronger meds, what will you do if you have trauma and really need something strong!

I've had the same tooth abcess off and on now for almost a year. Finally had the root canal done, but this medicine was a godsend. It did relieve the pain and help me get some-much needed sleep. Not too drowsy to function, but just rested peacefully. I realize you can get addicted easily as the feeling is very addicting--be cautious!
