    Since taking this drug in the morning before breakfast, together with other drugs, like Inderal LA, I have been having no chest pains, for which I'm grateful

    I began a course of treatment with Imdur at 60 mg/day (AM) to treat an angina that arose with only minor to low physical activity. After about 3 weeks my MD increased my dose to 120 mg as I had been realizing minor relief.     I never experienced headaches even after the dose was doubled. Very effective except when I experience severe shortness of breath, thenan SL nitro workd fine.
