After 2 years of complaining about moderate - severe back pain, I was finally able to get an RX for this. Pill substance abuse has been known to happen in my family, so I am taking it with caution. With that said, I have a VERY high tolerance for any pain meds. I was always prescribed Flexeril, Tramadol, Mobic, IB 800. None of those work. Major Spinal Surgery....complications now and i have 3 broken vertebra because the rods placed during surgery slipped due to my osteoporosis. on 10/325 every 4 to 6 hours. Been on them for 3 months now...switched from a 10 year run on Lortab 10/500. I am hoping they will start to help better. Another upcoming major spinal surgery in Aug or Sept. I took this medication for chronic pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, interstitial cystitis, and a previously fractured spine. The medication was effective and didn't cause any drowsiness. I was able to function and do things I otherwise couldn't do w/o the medicine.
