I had body odor and heard this can be used instead of underarm deodorant. It's supposed to kill the bacteria that causes odor. I put a little on a cotton ball or tissue after showering and dabbed on underarm. Absolutely no odor at end of day! I started using this about a week ago and have not experienced any bad side effect.

After trying a number of other treatments for constipation after surgery, this is the only thing to work for me. I wish I had known about it after my C section 7 years ago. Other than the mild stomache cramps this was a very effective. I used two half doses one in the pm and the other the next morning.

It helped me go to the bathroom (diarrhea) but brought some unpleasant side effects. Sour stomach, nausea, gas/bloating, and vomiting. I do not recommend taking this because I feel it is too harsh. I recommend the cherry flavor since the mint is chalky tasting. personally, i find that a larger dose is more predictable as to when you can expect it to work-about 2 to 3 hours for me. the downside is frequently going to the bathroom for a few hours once it begins. it's very gentle,no cramps and is strong. it's my first choice.
