I have never been diagnosis wuth any of the problems mentioned but every sinces I was a teenager I have had cravings for the solid form of this product. Inc the Caribbean we can purchase this in the solid form. I'm never been constipated, even before I had these cravings, no stomach acid or any of that so I can't speak on those issues. If I take as much as I need, sometimes I get a rapid heart beat and blood pressure goes upm Has anyone posted this problem before?

MY 4YR OLD SON HAD A CANKER SORE IN HIS MOUTH AND I USDED MILK OF MAGNESIA TO HEAL THE PROBLEM WORKS BY COATING THE WHOLE MOUTH AND JUST LET IT SET FOR 1 MIN OR AS LONG AS U CAN TOLERATE THE TASTE HAD 2 DO 2TIMES ADAY 4 2-3 DAYS THEN HEALED

I read about using Milk of Magnesia for chronic and persistent scalp problems, itchy scapl, flakes of skin and patches of scaps and small amount of peeling skin on face, on my nose. I tried Nizoral and other treatments with small success. Milk of Magnesia, and the generic brands have all but cured me, my scalp has never been better. Comment:
I use it regularly for constipation when nothing else works. Is this safe, my side effect is diarrhea for a coule of hours, then ok. But my kidney function is fine, so am I safe to use regularly if it does the trick? Every other day or so?
