This medicine is rarely helpful. It does not help me to get rid of my bloating or internal gas problems. I suck on Spearmint Peppermints & it works much better.

I had been having TERRIBLE gas issues (so much so that I would release gas bubbles with each step!) and after the first dose, my GI tract settled down and no more embarassment at church or anywhere else for that matter!

I could not control my loud and very frquent farting. So, besides feeling full and oppressed for fairly long periods after meals, I had to cut a sorry figure with myself and others. After about 6 months use of 80 mg caps twice a day after larger meals, my problem was reduced by about 70 to 80 %. had gas, still have same amount and scent. We call them "water pills." Works like drinking water.
