Gave me major chest pains(anxiety attacks) & I had only had 1 doze which was the 50mg & took at night & then I didn't sleep I was up & dwn all night long

I started sertaline for depression with ocd and premenstrual diorder. I have been taking 25 mg. for 4 months. I feel so much better! depression gone, intrusive thoughts much better and PMS has eased. Nights sweats every night, sometimes sleepy all day, other times times tons of energy. I've been on Welbrutin for years and it had not helped me, so I finally went back to doctor to try something different and she started me on Zoloft and mentally I felt AMAZING. I was just so happy for once I couldn't beleive it. The fall back for me was the constant diareaha. It was to extreme for me to continue taking Zolofot. Trying Lexapro as of now. Zoloft is, hands down, the best all-inclusive antidepressant. I had results almost immediately. It made me able to get out, eased social anxiety, panic, depression, and OCD. Unlike other SSRIs/SNRIs, Zoloft does not make me tired. It has been a God send.

In August 2014 I started taking Sertraline 200mg once daily for depression and anxiety. Over the next couple months, I noticed that my hair had gotten thinner. By December it was coming out in the handfuls. I have been off of Sertraline for 3 weeks now and have not seen any signs of improvement.
