I take 300mg XR (extended release).
Actually, my BP is higher by ten digits in Systolic since I began taking.
I do not believe this drug is effective.
My systolic was about 140mmHg and now is running 150 to 155mmHg

Extreme fatigue. Caused breathing problems which put me in hospital for a week last year. Never felt good while taking it. Quit it in April and feel really good now with no problems. Lowered my heart rate and BP but too many side effects.
