I did LA Weightloss and Weight Watchers but I was still feeling exhausted all the time. Being 40+ I knew my metabolism had slowed down so I talked to my doctor and she prescribed this drug. It has been a God-send and I have lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks. I do not take it on the weekends so it doesn't lose it's effectiveness. Seems to help.
