I have been on this medicine for a little over a year and I have lost only 40 lbs. I am happy with this becaue I have tried other diets and things to lost weight and nothing has worked for me. My doctor put me on 37.5 mg. She has also told me to skip days in between doses so my body doesn't get used to it.
