I have been taking 1 37.5 tablet every morning for two weeks. I have lost 10 pounds already. I am sticking to a 1000 or less calorie diet and drinking 80ozs of water everyday. I completely stopped drinking sodas. I am hoping to get the next 40 pounds off with working out 4 days a week for 30 mins and sweating. I am lucky, I have had NO side effects and feel great.

I've been taking phentermine for 22 days now. I lost 15 lbs so far. Dropping 10 lbs in the first 11 days. My Dr suggested staying around 1000 cals but I've found it works better for me to stay around 800 cals. Jittery once and a while buy not bad. I'm happy to find something that actually helps me loss weight.

I started taking Phentermine 37.5 on May 30, 2014 weighing in at 192lbs. Today I weigh 174, I stopped taking them on July 18th because I'm not losing anymore. I've stuck to the WW plan of 26 points a week and nothing. I lost the initial weight in the first 30 days but for the month of July nothing. Has anyone else experience this? Very discouraging. The good thing though is that I ... Show Full Comment
