Started on this when I was 225 pounds. With a trainer and nutritionist I got down to 160. I am 5'9 and 54 yrs old. I now fluctuate from 170 to 175. This was a lifesaver for me. I take them off an on, and I only take 1/2. They work amazing.

I have only been on this medication ( 15 mg capsules) 5 days. I have been having moderate headaches and some anxiety feelings. Trying to decide if I should see if I adjust to it or stop taking it.
