Oral capsule; For me, little effectiveness in relaxation of muscles to increase volume of urine and decrease urgency to go. Everyone is different with different drugs having different effectiveness. I had tried others for years. Keep trying to find the right drug for YOU. The free trial offer from Cialis allowed me to determine that Cialis worked for my BPH. I do not have any problems with ED. Comment:
Worked great for about three years. No side affects at all. I'm 66. Now the old prostate seems to be getting larger, upping my dose to two .4's a day did wonders. Unfortunately, it seems I didn't think to tell my doc about it's not working so well until I had elevated creatinine, meaning back flow damaged one kidney a bit. Hope it regenerates.
