Pain was relieved,but severe stomach pain(doubled over pain) is not worth it for me Back pain from arthritis rates 3-4 on pain level & is chronic, Stomach pain was 6-7 Very intense for several hours. Wish I could take it, but side effect too bad.

Comment:
When I do not take diclofenac for a few days I have an increase in general discomfort. More noticeable the joints in my hands flare, swell, are much more painful and I have an overall increse of generalized pain throughout my body. I have never had any symptoms of GI distress or any other of the symptoms you have listed.

I have had a 50% to 80% pain relief satisfaction with this drug. The problem with this drug is the side effects. Mostly disturbing is the fact that my stomach is irritated. I have tried all of the options of taking this with food, milk, certain times, that has helped. Still, I am having an irritated stomach. Comment:
The side effects with bleeding and constipation was bad and I stopped taking the drug and I;am slowly coming back to normal. but my pain is coming back.
