THough it seemed to help restless leg once does was increased to 8mg I have had nausea, Sweating day and night.. congestion... chilled feeling and flu like feeling. This has gone on for months. Weaned down to 2 mg no nausea, congestion gone and that only happened at night about an hour after taking this drug. Flu feeling gone.. chill feeling mild.. Sweating still bead. Restless leg worse at times.

I have used ropinirole for 8 years, now taking 2 2mg tablets per day. Evenings and nights I often need to walk as I can't sit or lay down. Sometimes it's so bad I am falling asleep while walking around the house, and bump into walls and furniture. I have RLS and before taking this medication, my legs felt uncomfortable and it would twitch. Taking this medication has helped some but sometimes I still have RLS; not as much as I used to. I take 2-1mg tablets but maybe I should ask the doctor if increasing the dosage would even help more. No side affects.
