I've been taking it for over a year and the RLS gets worse and worse. I've had Sinemet, Clonopin, Neurontin, Mirapex, and now Requip in conjunction with 1600 mg of Neurontin per day. I take them both just before bed, and the restlessness stays with me for what seems like hours. If I do fall asleep, I'm kicking all night long, so get no restful sleep. My RLS tends to get worse a few hours after going to bed. I have also found if I miss a dose or don't get to it until later than normal it is hard to then supress the feeling. Also, sometimes the uncomfortable feeling attacks more than just my calves. The key is taking the same time each day.
