There is no question that Metrogel is very effective. The real crime in this though is that it is a much lower dosage of Tetracycline which you could get at 250mg and 60 pills for a $10 copay. Now you cannot find Tetracycline anywhere. My guess is because Metrogel comes with a $100 - $200 copay depending on your insurance. Shame on the Pharm companies

For 52 years, I've had to contend with acne breakouts, and I've purchased so many acne products that all would fill a U-Haul trailer.
Then my doctor recommended Metrogel 1%. Wow! In 7 days I could see a difference! My skin is is best it's ever looked, and I constantly receive complements about my facial skin. With insurance, a tube cost me $55.00, but the tube lasts about 4 months! Ordorless, col

I got this prescription yesterday for my rosacea. I used it at night and again in the morning. Amazingly, I already saw a difference. I can't believe it is actually this easy to get rid of rosacea. I hope it continues to get better.
