I am a 29 yr old female and have been on Adipex for 2 weeks and have lost 7.8 lbs so far. I am very excited about that. I started at 188 and finally down to 180.2. I found out a year and a half ago that my thyroid was low and I gained about 50-55 lbs. Now as far as side effects, I only have the dry mouth, which actually works in my favor. Ive been taking adipex for aprox 4 months. Ive only lost 17pds so far. Im not big but would like to loose 10-15 more pds. I exercise daily and dont seem to eat as much as before. the problem is i cant seem to loose as fast as people say. Ive been taking adipex for 6wks,lost 10 lbs in the 1st 4. Ive always been overweight. I gain slowly but lose even slower,until i tried this. I take it 1xdaily abt 1-2hrs alftr my 1st meal, which could be 9am or 2pm. I drive a trk so my excerise consist of, walking in the mall,taking the stairs when possible and dancing to my fav. cd (avg 15-20mins nonstop). The 1wk im home im always on the go run ...
