I have been taking this medication for 1 month, 12 lbs lost and I am very happy with the results so far. I don't have an exact exercise routine but i do go to the gym 4 days out of the week, each day for 1 hour. I work on my arms and go on the bike at the gym. The only side effects I have experienced are excessive sweating and dry mouth.

I've been on Adipex for 2 months now and I've lost 20 lbs. At first I felt anxious but that feeling wore off about 2-3 weeks into taking it. I try to watch what I eat and exercise when I can. I have been on this medication for 2 months. I do agree with the others about it making you very thirsty the first month I was on it. I would drink poweraid sometimes it helped me with the thirst. The 2nd month the thirst will ease up at least it did for me. I was told from my Dietitian to do a high protein, low carb diet. Plus take a vitamin daily. Also to drink lots of water. I was also told not ... Show Full Comment

I've been taking Adipex for a month now and have lost 15 lbs. The only side effect I suffer from is extreme thirst (especially the first week I started the pill). I was advised by my doctor to visit her once a month for a blood pressure and weight check. I've changed a few things in my lifestyle. NO soda/pop, limited on the fast food I eat. If i do eat fast food, I make sure I get small si ... Show Full Comment
