i was hospitalized several times for acute pancreatites. at least 6 days each time. horrible withdrawls, even decked a nurse and was restrained. sorry. since ive been taking 25mg 3 times daily the mental craving, 18 or more beers a day is still there it really seems to keep the physical problems down even though ive got a long way to go.

I am on 10 mg every 12 hrs as needed--it works but makes me extremely sleepy. It helps, but I only take it when I start having trouble with withdrawals. I have been drinking daily for about 4 years.
