I suffer from severe leg cramps ,so severe that I have had surgery twice for torn tendons. These spasms come from a small amount of exicise or climbing steps or going up and down a latter or being on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day. I believe this is caused from Post Polio Syndrome. Very little is known about this condition. Quinine Sulfate works for me.
