I have been taking this med for quite some years. It has been wonderful. No side effects at all. I also stopped taking another med that I was taking with thie HCTZ due to the fact that the HCTZ is working so well for me. Im in my early 40s.

I have been taking 10mg daily for a month and developed gout like symptoms in my toes and ankles. Very painful. The symptoms go away after two or three days of taking 800mg ibuprophen.
