Often along with a cold I have major ear problems, to the point my eardrums have burst. This medicine is the only one that has prevented the pressure build up in my sinuses and ears, along with an antiobiotic, it is wonderful.

This medicine is awesome for sinus problems. It opens up the sinuses and lets them drain as opposed to a lot of sinus medications that dry up the sinuses which, for me, worsens my condition. If you have to take in conjunction with antibiotics, it helps the antibiotic work even faster. I have had no bad side effects from Duraphen.
