This drug was in an all encompassing cough/cold medicine. It works well but it caused severe sleeplessness at a time when rest is needed. I'm staying away from this drug, it's just not worth it.

I use Sudafed for cold symptoms. It works well, but I consistently suffer from nausea and vomiting because of the pseudoephedrine in it. I find that the substitute, phenylephrine, found in many other cold remedies, isn't nearly as effective.

This medication is very ineffective for sinus infections but my doctor recommended it. That is the last time I consult him on anything.
