At first i refused to take the lithium. But after many more thoughts of sucide and fights with my husband i decided to give it another chance. After the side affects went away, about a week, i started to feel some what normal. It makes me sleepy so i take 300mg at night. I've only been on it regularly for about three months now. I'm cautiously optimistic. I'm also on prozac which has helped alot!!
