I'm taking atenolol for high blood pressure and it caused my bronchial tubes to slightly swell up so my doctor put me on this, and a few other medicines. I had to eat a huge amount of food before taking the medicine or i would have severe stomach pains!! It also gave me headaches and i believe it caused my period to be 3 weeks late.
