For me, this eyedrop is like putting acid into my eyes. It is very painful, causes my eye to become totally bloodshot, my eye tears up, and it is most unpleasant. So much so, against doctor's orders, I stopped using it. I could not justify how this eyedrop could help my eye when my eye wanted to reject it at every application. I think it's awful and I refuse to use it. It's expensive too ($28 a bo...

I have had issues with my retina, then cataract surgery..I have Fuch's dystrophy which affects the inner lining of my cornea. My eyes were sore, light sensitive, and I had constant irritation after the first couple of hours of the day. I wore a patch, often. My optometrist ..(.I had dry eye treatment which helped a little..)..suggested Muro 128 solution and ointment. I had relief within minutes. I feel very fortunate...Yes, it stings a little for about 30 seconds...as if you are swimming in the ocean, but for the comfort I received, it is of little consequence. I find it a little bit of a hassle with the ointment but that is, again of little consequence. Thank you.Read More Read Less

At first it seemed to help my condition and my vision got a little clearer. After a week my eyelid became swollen and my eye became swollen and hurt terribly. It hurt to move my eye to look around. It watered all the time.

Causes foggy vision for a few minutes after each dose is applied. I was directed to apply 1/4" squeeze to a clean index finger, pull down my lower lid and carefully wipe the muro to the inside edge of that lower lid.

After my cornea transplant I experienced an epithelial layer that would not heal. After using the Muro 128 ointment my condition has greatly improved and I think it has helped with the healing and eventual return to normal.

I had an alergic reaction. First one side of my face swelled and then the other. I have cold like symptoms from all of the drainage and I had to have my wedding right cut off my finger.

After one week Muro 128 ate the protective film over my corneas. I now cannot stand any brightness, it is painful. Cannot drive far without wearing 3 sets of dark gray sunglasses, one over the other. Brightness still is horrible. I must now wear sunglasses to watch TV or use the computer because of the terrible brightness. This must be an acid that should never be used in the eye. My eyes were just fine before this M.D. told me to use this terrible acid substance. I do not know what the future will hold for me.Read More Read Less

I think it's awful and I refuse to use it. It's expensive too ($28 a bottle) and over the counter. It seems to be the only thing that is suppose to help clear up cornea edema. It has not made my edema one bit better over the course of a few months. Read More Read Less
