I'm on 50mg of Flecainide and have been taking it for about 1.5yrs. I am currently 27yrs old and started on it about a month before my 26th birthday. Have suffered from side effects ranging from blurry vision and constipation to trouble sleeping and trouble getting up in the mornings after I finally do fall asleep. I have taken this drug for 5yrs. and have not had any problems with it. I take 50mm in the morning and in the evening. My heart rythms are good and am checked by my cardiolist every 4-5months.

I have been taking 100 mg. of this drug 2 x day for 4 months. Seems each drug I takes takes its "pound of flesh" in other ways. Although I have NOT had an episode of A-Fib since taking this drug, I have had other symptoms which I can't pin down to the drug or others I take. Comment:
After 3 months, have suffered w/post nasal drip, constant coughing, swollen eyes. Have been treated for 2 wks for allergies. No good results. I feel it may be this medication. Am also on Lipitor, and Diltiazem for blood pressure. Any way to compare to others on this web site?
