I was prescribed sulpha about a month ago for palindromic rheumatism. It is a type of arthritis that comes and goes in severe episodes of pain. I am 18 years old and since starting the drug I have been taking 2 hours naps everyday from exhaustion, headaches nearly everyday and a constant urinary tract infection. Any advice on how to get rid of these side effects?

I have only been taking it for two days and feel horribly sick to my stomach. I was on prednisone and feeling good and then was switched to this. I felt fine on prednisone but feel horrible with this. I'm hoping this will go away??
