I have been diagnosed with both narcolepsy and sleep apnea. Was given this to take; only took one dose, because it made me feel very tired and without energy the next day! I was suppose to take 2 doses, but one was more than enough. My dose size, to start out, was 2.2. I haven't tried to take anymore, since the sleepiness is what I am fighting. It helps me get much needed sleep I have been lacking for years. It is a pain to have to mix every night. I have actually lost weight since taking Xyrem. Need to drink plenty of water or your urine will smell strong with medicine. Satisfied
