I have tried enerything from 'cold turkey' to Chantix. The patches help me stay on an even keel and help immensely with the cravings. I am on my third week of the 21 mg patches and will be stepping down to the 14 mg patches next week. I haven't had one relapse. It feels great.

Patch keeps coming off. have only had one patch that stayed for 24 hours, rest were only on for a couple. Yes, that skin was dry and clean when put on. Waste of 55$. going thru 3 a day because will not stay on and no idea when/where it came off.

On Chantix I was able to get down to three cigarettes. Then started the patches and I have found that I don't have the same resistance. So I actually smoke more, five, six or seven a day. And the patches for me, become itchy throughout the day. So not happy, I wish I could be put back on Chantiz.

I quit smoking in 2021 and after 12 months I started vaping those disposable vapes which are 50mg of nicotine. I went cold turkey and after 3 days was really ill. Started using the nrt sprays and then decided on using the patches. They work great! No cravings at all and I feel great! 9 days vape free!

These worked great. I never thought in a million years that I would be a month cigarette free. But now I am having really bad chest pain and have to quit using them. I've never had problems with my heart, so this is unusual. Its really disappointing because I was doing so well.

I was on the very last step and I got severely sick. Vomiting, sever body pain, no energy tired. This do help some I have not smoked while on them but I'd have to say I was on chantix before it got recalled and I was doing great even lost weight the only thing I didn't like with chantix was the nausea that's it. I will not do the patches again. I'm 34 almost 35 yrs old I will not do these patches ever again I do not recommend these.

I have been using 21 mg for 5 days now. It definitely helps with the cravings. I'm not happy with the stickiness of the patch. I have to use extra tape to keep it in place. I can't just replace it every time it falls off.

Today is only my 2nd day with the 21mg patch. I put it on yesterday morning and took it off last night. My daughter smoked a cigarette and I didn't even ask for one. I found one in my car yesterday morning and put it in an empty pack and threw it away. I'm having urges like when I come home from work and sit in my usual spot or I start to get a little stressed. Right now my heart is beating a little fast but I will wait and see.
