This birth control has made me absolutely insane. Granted, life has gotten harder but overall I feel sad, and not like myself. My problems arose when I went off the pill for about a month then started retaking it. I was previously on accutane and after taking this all of my acne came back and I am about to go on round two of accutane. I am absolutely insane and I cry all the time and feel extremel ... I've been taking Sprintec for about a year now (first time using the birth control pill), and it's been easy to take as well as an effective form of birth control. It's definitely also helped reduce my heavy flow and I've noticed that I don't break out nearly as much during my period. However, since I've been on the pill, I sometimes became extremely nauseous and have vomit ... Show Full Comment

This is my first time ever taking birth control. Whenever I took it the left side of my body would go numb for a few hours and I would always feel lethargic and getting out of my bed was a struggle. I am switching to another pill hopefully that will work.

What I remember but often had swollen breast and very nauseous like I was pregnant every month. Every couple of months I get serious mood swings to the point where I'm so emotional. I can cry I can yell or get upset by the littlest thing. And I know I'm upset but can' ... Show Full Comment

I took Tri-Sprintec for three years (and have been with the same guy the whole time) and had absolutely no problems up until a few months ago. I have had literally no sex drive and nothing I do seems to help it. I got switched to Sprintec and after a month still nothing. I'm also thinking it may be contributing to my depression and mood swings. I'm afraid to switch to something else after ... Show Full Comment
