Almost to the end of my first month of using it, with no problems. First three days had some mild to heavy nausea, but since then nothing. No other side effects that I can see, I must be a lucky one, considering most other reviews are bad!

Future mama! I have all those symptoms you said, is it really from the monessa because i will def switch! i have very dry vag and painful sex because of the birth control im pretty sure, please tell me more future mama! Thanks

It was wonderful for the first 4 or 5 months. My periods became regular. My skin cleared up significantly. No PMS. I lost weight but that was partially because I lost my appetite and ate a lot less than I used to. I went from about 128 to 113. However after 5 months I started experiencing anxiety and depression. I have been on Mononessa for 3 months now, my doctor had decided to switch me from Sprintec (which was wonderful for me- was on it for 5 years).
