My 4 year old daughter has been taking this for about a year to prevent kidney stones, she has calcifications in her kidneys. She takes it 3x a day after meals with water. She has never had any side effects from it and has not formed any stones.

I have experienced very large Kidney stones in each kidney and recently had surgery to remove. My Dr. is treating me with the polycitra oral medication and I can not stomach the taste of the med. I have tried using it in juice and water. I have onlybeen on the medicati0n for 2 weeks, so I do not know the effectiveness as of yet.Any other ideas? Thank You
