This, along with another medication has done an excellent job of keeping my blood pressure lower.

it's good for about 6 or 7 hours then pressure rises

This medicine has not lowered my hbp , it made me dizzie,blurred eyes, hot and sweaty profusesivly especially in my head , fatigue to the point of not able to do anything, stuffy nose and a dry mouth. I did not like this med and I plan to ask the dr to take me off of it !

I took Labetalol for about a month before I realized that the excruciating pain in my throat and ears along with sinus congestion were not from a sinus infection, but was a side effect of the medication. I was so miserable trying everything to get rid of that pain and congestion, I have no idea if it helped my blood pressure or not. overall it has helped control my high blood pressure. normally take 200 twice a day occasionally if bp exceeds 135 take 300
