I have been on this medication for about 3 months. I like it because my moods are MUCH better than on previous birth controls I've tried. The complaints I do have are that my breasts are extremely sore the 2nd and 3rd week of my pack then it goes away the week before my period. Very strange! Guess no hormonal birth control is perfect-wouldn't that be nice?

I've been using this pill for almost a year now and I haven't had any unpleasant experiences. Normally I suffer from very bad cramps which are nonexistent now thanks to this pill. I haven't had any side effects at all (physical or emotional or anything like that). The only thing is that I never really get my "period" (which is extremely light and more like barely spotting) ... So i started researching and found out it was a common side effect to some birth controls, so i quit talking this kind and they have w ... Show Full Comment

I love this birth control. I see a lot of bad reviews but I have been using it for over 4 years now and compared to others I have tried it is the best. For me, on this dose I have never gotten a period. Every few months I have very light spotting during the time the time one should have a period with this drug. My doc says it is fine, I do not ovulate on this med. I have never gained any weight on ... Show Full Comment

I am taking Microgestin FE 120 for a month now. I took the first pill and then decided to just read up on it. I was scared out of my mind after reading reviews. I tried to calm myself down by saying that people usually only give reviews with a bad occurence. Raily do people seek out these sites to give a positive one. Nevertheless I was scared. I thought I was going to gain weight, be an emotional ... Show Full Comment
