I had severe panic attacks and was a mess. I hate taking medication but was finally at a point where I was willing to do about anything. So, my psychiatrist prescribed me Xanax Xr 1mg 3 times per day and sublingual, very fast acting Xanax (Niravam) for use as well. I bought Xanax from medsheaven.com and this medication helps me with anxiety so much and I highly recommend it. Xanax isn't a terrible drug at all. It really did work to relax me and help me handle stressful situations with a clearer mind. Unfortunately, after taking it for 2-3 weeks it relaxed me too much! I have trouble sleeping and anxiety due to trauma and Xanax XR has been wonderful! I take it an hour or so before bed and finally I can sleep. The effects last throughout most of the day for me and have helped me to work more effectively in therapy. Only 1MG a day, but have been on 2MG a day during a rough period.
