I've been on P .625 for 15 yrs. Decided to take myself off it and give "ICool" a try. But that takes many months to kick in. It helped some. But After 3 months of not sleeping, strip my clothes off hotflashes, my skin starting to sag & V dryness I put myself back on it. I experienced severe depression from it, but it seems to be passing as time goes by. It's good to be back.

My wife had been on Premarin for about ten years after a complete Hysterectomy.(.625 dosage) The drug worked real well but last Oct.(2012) she developed blood clots in her left leg and both lungs. The Doctors took her off of Premairin immediately and started her on Warfin (blood thiner). Thank the Lord I think we got to it in time. Please be very careful with this drug!!! ...
