I took Junel Fe for three months and have had probably the worst experience of my life. Not only did i suffer from severe headaches and stomach aches, breast pain,depression, and loss of sex drive, but i developed huge red boils all over my face. I have been to countless doctors and they are unsure of my condition, however they all agree the pill was most likely the cause. I believe it may be a form of cystic acne. I have suffered from mild acne in the past, but nothing like this. I would not recommend this pill to anyone.

All was fine for the first two weeks. During the third week, I started to feel progressively spaced out and detached, and then I started to get depressed. By the last day of the third week I was crying uncontrollably. I started taking Birth control for exactly that reason. While I was on Junel FE I turned into a completely different person. I was moody, aggressive, and depressed. I also gained at least 40 pounds on it. as soon as i stopped taking it I turned back into my self again. I would not recommend this Birth Control to any one.

I started taking this med because it was a cheap alternative. I have been on it 8 month and the last three have not had a period. I'm tired all the time. I sleep way too much. I'm easily irratable. And, have tons of problems with my contacts and infections in my eyes since I started this pill. I'm not so sure I would reccommend it to anyone. Not getting a period is nice but scary. I definitely do not recommend Junel. Ever since I started taking it I've developed a severe case of depression and just feeling really dull and not myself. I have absolutely no sex drive at all. I've been having speech and vision problems along with migranes every day about an hour after I take the pill. I have chest pains and I can't breath even if I simply walk up a flight of stairs. I've had my period and debilating cramps the whole time that I've been on it. I gained 10 pounds the first month alone. I've had acne hairloss and dryskin. Also, I have a serious decrease in my attention span. I was on Yaz before i was switched to Junel. I never had any problems with it and I was regulated from the first month until I switched because I couldnt afford it anymore. This birth control is just plain horrible. I'm going to the doctor tommorow to have it switched back to YAZ because I am not going to deal with this again.
