I've been on this birth control for about 2 years and so far it's been really effective. No acne, no weight gain! However, I will say this! I do experience bloat, a lot of bloat, and major mood swings that I think are linked with taking this- depression

The last 3 months of the year, my periods lasted about 6hrs-12hrs a month. LOOOVED ... Show Full Comment

This pill does what it's supposed to, prevent pregnancy, but I wanted to share my experience to help other women who may question the hassle of side effects. For the first week on Junel, I was spotting. Then for the next 3 weeks I bled very heavily, to the point of almost wanting to go to the hospital. Finally it came to an end. After 3 months of being on it, my periods have been a little ligh ... Show Full Comment
