    I was skeptical about using a drug with so many adverse side effects, but I figured it would help my skin in the long run. Turns out, it made me dizzy in the beginning, it was hard to not eat while taking the pill, remembering to take it every day killed, it gave all my joints stiffness, and it only made my skin WORSE.     This never had any affect on me. After 18 months, my shins started turning blueish in color and then small brown spots started showing up. I finally went to my doctor and he told me it was from this drug and is hyper-pigmentation. From what he said, it doesn't sound like it will ever go away.

    after only 7 days developed intracranial hypertension very sick for 9 months had to have eye surgery almost went blind horrible experience this drug should have better warnings

    I had a serious side effect to minocycline. my derm prescibed it for acne & when I first started using it, I was dizzy & light headed, I continued to take the meds. I took the meds about two months before the serious side effects started. First thing happened couldn't breath a swollen tongue mouth sores and thrush. My mouth has never felt the same.
