Was prescribed for UTI's twice in one year. Both times, had violent allergic reactions, with severe chills, nausea and vomiting, headache, and fever. The drug made me feel much worse than the UTI ever did. I'm not sure what ingredient in it that I am allergic to, but I will never take it again.
