The pill feels like a ton of brinks when in enters my system. At first I have diarrhea then I'm overly constipated. Not a fan!!!

My anemia is at the best level it has ever been in my adult life. My doctor told me to take it with a sip of orange juice and not eat or drink for an hour after taking it. My only dissatisfaction is having to wait to have my first cup of coffee, but my consistent count makes it worth it.
